Consultations on Apartment Accounting, Regulations, and Facility Repairs Begin from the 29th
Expectations for Improved Apartment Management Skills and Residents' Living Environment

Gangdong-gu (Mayor Lee Su-hee) announced on the 28th that starting from the 29th, it will operate the ‘Apartment Complex Expert Consultation Center’ to provide advice on the overall operation of apartment complexes and management of common facilities.

The main consultation areas include apartment complex accounting, amendment of management regulations, establishment of long-term repair plans, maintenance and management of common facilities, and construction and repair work of various facilities within the apartment complex. Consultations will be conducted by experts with many years of experience in apartment complex management.

The consultation center, which operates once a month, is expected to enhance residents’ ability to manage apartment complexes and contribute to creating a proactive residential environment, thereby improving the convenience of living in apartment complexes.

In the future, the district plans to expand the scale of operations by identifying the responses and demands of center users.

Lee Su-hee, Mayor of Gangdong-gu, said, “With the opening of this consultation center, we will be able to provide professional solutions to many problems arising from apartment operation and management,” adding, “We will continue to expand projects that help improve the living environment of apartment residents.”

Meanwhile, residents or management entities of apartments located in the area can apply for consultations. Applications must be submitted by the 15th of each month by filling out the consultation details on the application form and sending it via email to the person in charge or by visiting the Apartment Complex Division of the district office in person. After preliminary review of the submitted matters, consultation services will be provided either face-to-face or through on-site visits.
