At 11:11 p.m. on the 24th, a post titled "That XX Karakula, I will definitely kill him" was uploaded on an online community called Kim Ho-jung Gallery, but the post has since been deleted.
On the 26th, the YouTube channel "Karakula Media" announced through the community, "We received numerous reports that a murder threat post about me was uploaded last night," adding, "Upon investigation, it was confirmed to be true." They further stated, "We plan to visit the police station on Monday morning to submit a complaint, provide evidence, and undergo a damage investigation."
Meanwhile, Kim is facing charges of causing injury by dangerous driving and hit-and-run under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes, among others, after causing an accident by colliding with a taxi on the opposite side of the road in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 11:40 p.m. on the 9th, and fleeing the scene.
