Kim Young-mo, CEO of the Korea Future Knowledge Institute, was invited as the instructor to conduct a two-hour session on the theme of ‘Understanding Integrity-Related Laws,’ including the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act and the Code of Conduct for Executives and Employees.

The training was practical and case-based, focusing on real-life examples from the field rather than theory-centered education, which received great responses from the employees.

Through the training, executives and staff deepened their understanding of integrity and pledged to perform their public duties with honesty to maintain the trust of the people.

KIDI plans to continuously implement measures to improve integrity, such as integrity surveys targeting corruption-prone areas, anti-corruption and integrity pledge ceremonies, and strengthening monitoring to prevent public financial leakage, to foster a clean public service culture.

Oh Dong-ho, Director of KIDI, stated, “Integrity is the most fundamental virtue that public officials must possess and an unchanging principle. All executives and staff must firmly uphold public ethics and establish public service discipline with unwavering work attitudes.”
