This agreement aims to support LH's dormitory-use construction rental housing for small and medium-sized enterprises located in Pyeongtaek. Through this agreement, local SMEs can utilize 73 rental housing units owned by LH in Sosabeol and Godeok districts as dormitories.

The application target is small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Pyeongtaek City, and applications can be submitted through the Pyeongtaek Industrial Promotion Agency's Enterprise Support Platform in early June. The city will announce the selection results in July, and in August, LH and the companies will sign move-in contracts.

Pyeongtaek City has been implementing a dormitory support project for employees of local companies since 2019, and separately operates the 'Pyeongtaek City Youth Monthly Rent Support Project.'

Mayor Jeong Jang-seon said, "We hope this support will help resolve the difficulties faced by SMEs in securing manpower due to long-distance commuting and the shortage of housing near companies."
