Pasoo launches 'Rhapsody' smarter with AI

Fasoo is expanding AI capabilities in its existing solutions to help revolutionize work efficiency and productivity.

Fasoo provides the ‘AI Assistant’ feature, which enables document summarization and semantic search, through the new updated versions of its document management solution ‘Wrapsody’ and external collaboration platform ‘Wrapsody eCo’.

Having recently launched the enterprise LLM ‘Ellm,’ Fasoo declared a transformation earlier this year into an ‘AI company that helps customers utilize AI’ and announced its AI vision of integrating AI functions into ‘AI-Powered applications.’ Through the new versions of Wrapsody and Wrapsody eCo, it offers document centralization solutions and external collaboration platform features with properly applied AI.

The revamped Wrapsody and Wrapsody eCo innovate user convenience and work efficiency by adding the ‘AI Assistant’ feature. Through the AI Assistant linked with commercial LLMs, users can compare or summarize up to five documents at once and search document information. Users can easily specify target documents by dragging and dropping the desired documents into the AI chat window, then click the guide button or freely input questions to find, translate, or organize the necessary information.

Wrapsody with AI capabilities is a next-generation document management platform that replaces traditional document centralization by encrypting all documents and storing and managing them centrally without duplication. Based on document virtualization technology, even if multiple users store documents in a distributed manner, they are managed as a single document. When one user saves a document after editing, files saved by other users are automatically synchronized to the latest version.

With features such as document assetization, version control, and permission management, it is also optimal for managing internal data for AI training when building generative AI within an organization. Additionally, this update adds a drive capacity control feature, allowing administrators to set drive capacity collectively or individually for users or departments.

Wrapsody eCo is a platform that builds a safe and efficient external collaboration environment based on document virtualization technology. All documents are shared encrypted, and access and editing permissions can be controlled at any time, with detailed security levels applied per member. It easily integrates various collaboration solutions, provides a comprehensive view of all collaboration histories such as document sharing and chatting, and allows checking chat histories alongside workgroup histories.
