IS Dongseo to Launch Residential Officetel 'Deogeun DMC Aileen's Garden Hangang' in June

IS Dongseo is scheduled to launch the sale of the residential officetel ‘Deogeun DMC Aileen’s Garden Hangang’ next month.

‘Deogeun DMC Aileen’s Garden Hangang’ is located in blocks 6 and 7 of the Deogeun Business District in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. It consists of 168 units of 84㎡ each, in a building with 4 basement floors and 25 above-ground floors. The number of units by type is ▲84㎡A 48 units ▲84㎡B 72 units ▲84㎡C 24 units ▲84㎡D 24 units.
