The "Love Allowance Support Project" is a specialized initiative by the Ulleung-eup Community Social Security Council that provides allowances to vulnerable children in the area. In 2023, each child received a Ulleung Love Gift Certificate worth 50,000 KRW, and in 2024, a total of 12 Dream Start children were each given a Ulleung Love Gift Certificate worth 100,000 KRW, helping them enjoy a happier Family Month.
