Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) has recently been actively promoting measures to prevent poor construction in apartment complexes.

According to the county on the 24th, a meeting was held on the 20th with officials from six apartment construction sites in the area, including Hillstate Oryong 2 District, to prevent poor construction in apartment complexes.

The meeting, held at the Namak Complex Community Center, was attended by 13 officials, emphasizing efforts to strengthen communication between major contractors and developers and to prevent the recurrence of poor construction incidents.

Jeong Hyun-gu, Deputy Governor, who attended the meeting, said, "Due to the recent controversy over poor construction at Hillstate Oryong, prospective residents of apartment complexes located in Muan-gun are expressing anxiety," and added, "All contractors should carry out construction responsibly to prevent similar incidents from recurring, and supervisors should manage and oversee strictly according to principles to build high-quality housing that meets the expectations of residents."

In response, the attendees promised to make greater efforts to create a safe housing environment for residents.

In particular, on the 23rd, an explanatory meeting was held for the contractor of Seungwon Pellice The Class and prospective residents to provide detailed information on the structure of the apartment complex and the schedule for defect repairs, continuing efforts to minimize inconvenience for prospective residents.

Muan-gun regards the controversy over poor construction at Hillstate Oryong as a concern for public safety, conducts daily site inspections, and plans to implement thorough management during future apartment move-ins.

Governor Kim San emphasized, "Starting with Oryong 2 District, various apartment complexes will move in sequentially," and added, "We will continue relentless efforts to supply safe and high-quality housing."
