On the 22nd, a post titled "Someone who saw a Black man riding a bicycle naked" was uploaded to an online community of a university in Jeonnam. This community requires student verification for membership, so outsiders cannot join. The initial witness, Mr. A, said, "Even as I speak, I can't believe it. I wrote this post because I wondered if my eyes were mistaken." According to the photos Mr. A shared, a Black man is riding a bicycle naked on a road within the campus. The rear tire of the bicycle appears to be flat. A student passing by on a scooter is staring at the man in surprise.

Another witness, a student Mr. B, said, "We were in the elevator together, and he kept mumbling something behind me. I thought he might be on drugs," adding, "I thought I misread his black clothes, but he was really naked."

As the controversy grew, the school sent out a notification message regarding the incident. The school stated, "Symptoms of schizophrenia were found in the foreign student," and added, "We plan to move the roommates to another six-person room all at once. Students who wish to change rooms should contact us immediately by the 6th period." Afterwards, the school tried to resolve the issue by separating the roommates who shared the room with the foreign student, but since the man's photos had already spread rapidly on social media and online communities, concerns about secondary harm are rising.

Netizens who learned about the incident responded with comments such as, "It's unfortunate since he probably came here to study," "Studying must have been so hard," "Someone should have stopped him before it got to that point," "He must have had a hard time being away from home," "He's a sick person, so I hope the photos are not shared," "It's fortunate that the school responded quickly," and "At that point, he should be going to a hospital rather than studying."
