Sahakyeongeum, Daejeon Center Selected as 'Outstanding Company for Volunteer Activities'

The Private School Teachers' Pension Service announced on the 23rd that it has been selected as an excellent volunteer company for 2024 by Daejeon Metropolitan City.

The Private School Teachers' Pension Service, together with Daejeon Metropolitan City, the Daejeon Volunteer Federation, and the Daejeon Volunteer Center, has signed the "Daejeon Metropolitan City Volunteer Agreement" through public-private cooperation to spread a culture of social responsibility and create a healthy volunteer city of Daejeon in collaboration with its citizens.

According to the agreement, a large-scale public-private cooperation project is being promoted with the participation of 7 public institutions, 7 private companies, 5 financial institutions, 4 hospitals, 3 universities, and 3 organizations. Each year, four companies are selected as excellent institutions and awarded plaques. In 2024, the Private School Teachers' Pension Service was recognized for its leading role in various social contribution activities that contributed to the development of the Daejeon region and was selected as one of the plaque-awarded institutions.
