409 Units for General Sale Out of 827 Exclusive 49~84㎡ Units
Half of Special Supply, 60% of General Supply by Lottery
HDC Hyundai Development Company is opening the model house for 'Seodaemun Central I-Park,' a redevelopment project of Hong Eun 13 District, and starting sales. The first priority subscription will be accepted on the 28th.
Seodaemun Central I-Park will be built at 11-111, Hong Eun-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, consisting of 12 buildings with a total of 827 households, ranging from 3 basement floors to 15 floors above ground. Among them, 409 units with exclusive areas of 49 to 84㎡ will be offered for general sale.
Special supply applications begin on the 27th, followed by first priority subscription on the 28th, and second priority subscription on the 29th. The announcement of winners will be on the 4th of next month, and contracts will be signed over three days starting from the 17th of next month.
Applicants who have held a subscription account for more than 12 months, meet the required amount by region and area, reside in Seoul, Gyeonggi, or Incheon, and are aged 19 or older can apply for first priority subscription whether they are household heads or members. There are no restrictions on home ownership or re-winning. The resale restriction period is one year, and there is no obligation for actual residence.
Half of the general sale units are allocated for special supply, making it a good opportunity for applicants with relatively low subscription scores. More than 200 units are designated for special supply, including 36 units for first-time homebuyers and 73 units for newlyweds. In the general supply, 60% of the units are allocated by lottery.
Seodaemun Central I-Park is designed with slab-type and tower-type floor plans to suit the south-facing layout of the complex. It offers excellent lighting and ventilation, and units with exclusive areas of 84㎡ or larger feature spacious dressing rooms for superior storage. Units under 84㎡ apply open balconies (except for some).
The 84㎡A type applies a 4-bay slab-type design and includes a separate alpha room connected to the kitchen. The 84㎡B type is a tower-type structure with views in two directions and features a pantry space connected to the corridor and kitchen. It is characterized by a wide space created by linking the open kitchen and living room. The T84㎡ units are supplied as terrace houses. Community facilities include a GX room, fitness center, reading room, small library, golf practice range, and multipurpose room.
The complex offers green views and a pleasant, nature-friendly living environment, surrounded by Bukhansan Mountain at the back, Inwangsan Mountain in front, and Ansan and Baekryeonsan Mountains to the west. Bukhansan National Park, Inwangsan Dulle-gil Trail, Ansan Jarak-gil Trail, and Baekryeonsan Green Forest Trail provide seasonal natural scenery, making them popular among local residents. Residents can also enjoy Nanji Hangang Park and Mangwon Hangang Park via the Hongjecheon bicycle path and walking trail.
The complex is close to Hong Eun and Hongje ramps, making it easy to access southwestern and eastern Seoul via the Internal Circulation Road. Using Tongil-ro, residents can quickly reach downtown areas such as Seoul Station and City Hall. Via Hongje Station on Subway Line 3, it takes about 10 minutes to major downtown areas like Jongno, Gwanghwamun, and City Hall, and about 20 minutes to Gangnam areas such as Apgujeong and Sinsa.
A sales official said, "This is a new supply in Seoul with high scarcity, offering excellent healing conditions within the city. The internal product design is also worth looking forward to."
