Orbitech Acquires 1,599,477 Shares of DNA Link

Orbitech announced on the 22nd that it will acquire 1,599,477 shares of DNA Link.

The acquisition amount is 12,279,645,312 KRW, which corresponds to 12.15% of total assets.

After the acquisition, the number of shares will be 3,192,341, and the shareholding ratio will be 17.08%.

The company stated the purpose of the acquisition as "enhancing corporate value through securing management rights." The scheduled acquisition date is May 31.
