Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon) announced on the 21st that it plans to hold on-site executive meetings at major local cultural and experiential facilities such as Gangseo Artium and other performance venues, as well as Heojun Museum, Magok Safety Experience Center, and Gyeomjae Jeongseon Art Museum, to foster a flexible organizational culture through communication and collaboration.

The first meeting venue for this initiative was the representative cultural space of the area, 'Gangseo Artium.' At the meeting held at Gangseo Artium on the morning of the 21st, Mayor Jin urged the executives to improve the 'gapjil culture' (abuse of power).

Mayor Jin stated, "The key to eradicating gapjil is the managers' relentless effort and change of mindset to communicate and empathize from the employees' perspective," adding, "Even minor matters that were once considered natural in the past must now be viewed and considered from the employees' standpoint."

During the meeting, topics such as comprehensive summer flood and wind disaster countermeasures, management plans for public property, and efficient promotional strategies were mainly discussed.
