Participation of Police Station, City Council, and Chamber of Commerce
On the 21st, Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province signed a 'Business Agreement for the Resolution of Chronic Congestion Areas and Reduction of Traffic Accidents in the Jurisdiction' at Hwaseong Western Police Station with Hwaseong Western Police Station, Hwaseong City Council, and Hwaseong Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

This agreement is part of the 'Project to Protect the Lives of Citizens' promoted by Hwaseong Western Police Station. It aims to establish a cooperative system among related organizations to reduce traffic accidents by resolving chronic congestion and improving traffic safety facilities.
Attendees at the signing ceremony included Hwaseong Mayor Jeong Myeong-geun, Hwaseong City Council Chairperson Kim Gyeong-hui, Hwaseong Western Police Station Chief Kim Won-sik, Hwaseong Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vice Chairman Lee Taek-won, and Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly member Lee Hong-geun.
The main contents of the agreement are ▲ listening to traffic inconvenience issues of Hwaseong citizens and local workers ▲ conducting joint inspections and technical consultations to resolve chronic congestion areas ▲ establishing a cooperative system for the installation and maintenance of traffic safety facilities.
Mayor Jeong said, "We will do our best to resolve chronic congestion areas and create a safe and pleasant road environment through close cooperation among related organizations."
