This resolution ceremony was organized to declare both internally and externally the public officials' commitment to anti-corruption and integrity, with public officials pledging to practice self-purification and integrity, thereby earning the trust of the residents.

The integrity pledge, participated in by all public officials of Hamyang County including County Governor Jin Byeongyeong, declared five key integrity practices: rejection of solicitations and preferential treatment, refusal of power abuse, eradication of corruption, prohibition of receiving money or entertainment, and fair personnel management. Two employee representatives read the integrity pledge and delivered it to Governor Jin Byeongyeong, who reaffirmed his commitment to integrity through his own declaration.

The anti-corruption education included a special lecture on the Code of Conduct for Public Officials based on news case studies, followed by a musical performance on integrity, lasting for two hours.

Meanwhile, in April this year, the county established a comprehensive anti-corruption and integrity plan to achieve the highest grade in the comprehensive integrity assessment. The plan consists of four main focus areas and 27 detailed tasks: intensive management of corruption-prone sectors, strengthening an integrity-driven organizational culture led by senior officials, enhancing internal control systems, and improving awareness and daily practice of integrity among members.
