‘Icheon Xi The Rev,’ the third Xi apartment in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, which is attracting attention, will hold its first-priority subscription on the 21st (Tuesday) of this month.

The eligibility requirements allow anyone aged 19 or older who has been a subscription savings account holder for at least 12 months as of the announcement date (May 10) and meets the deposit requirements by region and area, residing in the metropolitan area including Icheon-si, to apply regardless of home ownership or household head status. The announcement of winners will be on the 28th (Tuesday) of this month, and the winning contract signing will take place over three days from June 9th (Sunday) to 11th (Tuesday). The resale restriction period is six months.
The sale price for the 84㎡ exclusive area of ‘Icheon Xi The Rev’ ranges from 502 million KRW to 558 million KRW, which is considered competitively priced. This is the most reasonable price among apartments currently being sold in Icheon and is about 150 million KRW cheaper compared to large construction company brand apartments sold in Icheon this year. As apartment prices have been rising sharply recently, increasing the burden on buyers, this is regarded as a golden opportunity for ‘owning a home.’
