FSN Adqua Interactive Launches AI-Based Advertising Business with New Specialized Team Established

Adqua Interactive (hereinafter Adqua), a subsidiary of FSN, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 21st that it has established a specialized AI organization and will actively expand its AI-based advertising business.

Globally, the scope of AI utilization is rapidly expanding, and especially in the advertising industry, where images, text, videos, and music are comprehensively used, AI is being applied more quickly and extensively. According to industry reports, the generative AI advertising market is expected to grow at an average annual rate of 125%, reaching $192.5 billion (approximately 250 trillion KRW) by 2032.

To lead this trend, Adqua has been building AI-related capabilities and recently established a specialized AI organization called Aidea Lab. With this, it is actively expanding its AI advertising business. By recruiting key talent, it is strengthening its AI capabilities and building systems to enter the AI advertising market.

In fact, Adqua recently unveiled the AI-created advertisement campaign video . This webtoon-style campaign video was created through generative AI, significantly reducing the cost and time involved in the traditional advertising production process. In addition, Adqua is promoting AI advertising production with various clients, so the use of AI in advertising is expected to increase rapidly.

Moreover, Adqua plans not only to utilize existing AI tools but also to build its own generative AI solutions. Although numerous generative AI models have emerged, there is still a lack of solutions optimized for the advertising industry. Through the newly formed dedicated team Aidea Lab, Adqua aims to develop differentiated generative AI models and become a leader in the domestic AI advertising solution industry.

FSN is also promoting AI collaboration among its group companies. The parent company FSN operates various proprietary platforms across different categories, including the specialized advertising agency, Korea’s No.1 hair loss community 'Daedamo', and the MZ women’s community app 'Sokdak'. It also supports growth by collaborating with multiple brands through Boosters. Adqua is cooperating in various ways with several platforms within FSN, including Boosters’ AI solutions ‘Creax’ and ‘Creling’, from AI content production to advertising execution, and it believes this will enable stable expansion of its AI advertising business.

Jung Geon-young, CEO of Adqua, said, "Our company is actively applying generative AI to advertising and producing excellent results. With the establishment of a dedicated AI organization, our related capabilities will be further maximized. Through strengthening AI capabilities, we will lead innovation in the advertising marketing industry in the future."
