Kkumssi Family Capture Verification, Gifticon Prize Draw for 100 People
Daejeon City announced that it will hold an SNS event until June 2 to promote the ‘2024 Daejeon 0 O’clock Festival’ and increase public interest, marking D-80 days before the festival in August.
To participate in the event, capture and verify the Kkumssi Family moving towards the festival venue using the animated GIF video found in the SNS event posts on the Daejeon 0 O’clock Festival website, the city’s Facebook, or Instagram.
Leave a supportive comment along with the photo on the participation link posted on SNS, and 100 winners will be selected by lottery to receive convenience store gifticons as prizes.
Noh Gi-su, Director of the Daejeon City Culture and Tourism Bureau, said, “The Daejeon 0 O’clock Festival venue will feature the Kkumssi Family characters symbolizing Daejeon, offering various attractions,” adding, “We ask for the citizens’ great interest and participation in the fun events with Kkumdori.”
Meanwhile, the Daejeon 0 O’clock Festival will be held for nine days from August 9 to 17, with a 1km road section from Daejeon Station to the old Chungnam Provincial Office being closed for the event.
