Foundation Gwangju Regional Committee Ongoing Until the 25th
The Roh Moo-hyun Foundation Gwangju Regional Committee announced on the 20th that it will hold a memorial event for the 15th anniversary of the late former President Roh Moo-hyun's passing.
The memorial event will be held from that day until the 25th. On the first day of the memorial event, the Roh Moo-hyun Foundation Gwangju Regional Committee held the opening ceremony of the special photo exhibition "Gwangju and Roh Moo-hyun" at ACC Plaza Bridge at 10:30 a.m.
Until the 21st, at the May 18 Democratic Square, there will be calligraphy of Roh Moo-hyun's quotes by Myung Gye-nam, attendance at the memorial service in Bongha Village on the 23rd, and a memorial hike on the Roh Moo-hyun Trail at Mudeungsan Mountain on the 25th.
A representative of the Roh Moo-hyun Foundation Gwangju Regional Committee said, "This 15th anniversary memorial event will be conducted with the participation of foundation members and the general public," and added, "We ask for your active participation."
