Polaris Office is expanding its efforts to target the vertical artificial intelligence (AI) market.

On the 20th, Polaris Office announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for cooperation in the fields of client and AI public bidding analysis and automatic bid document generation.

Polaris Office supports office engines, AI technology, and commercialization. Client is responsible for the commercialization of public bidding analysis and automatic bid document generation using office AI. The two companies will also promote cooperation in various fields such as publicity for successful business execution.

Client is a startup that developed a solution to automate the analysis of Requests for Proposals (RFP) using AI technology. This solution allows AI to analyze tens of thousands of bid announcements in 3 seconds upon keyword input and enables users to grasp bid qualifications at a glance.

Client has been recognized for its AI technology and was selected as one of the domestic startups collaborating with OpenAI, the developer of ChatGPT. Despite being a newly established company in September last year, it has shown rapid growth by generating sales within three months after launching its service.

Jo Jun-ho, CEO of Client, stated, "We plan to actively utilize Polaris Office's document tools to enter the global market this year."

Lee Hae-seok, Vice President of Polaris Office, said, "The domestic public bidding market exceeds 200 trillion won annually, and the number and conditions of bids are very diverse, requiring a lot of time and effort to prepare bids. By utilizing AI technology to support everything from public bid content analysis to automatic proposal generation, the two companies will greatly improve the overall efficiency of public bidding tasks."

He added, "We will expand to document analysis and automation solutions in various industries including finance and law, including public bidding. In particular, we will expand services to vertical AI specialized by job functions such as purchasing and logistics, production management, R&D (research and development), IT development, and marketing."
