The 'Youth-Friendly Real Estate' program is a system newly implemented this year based on a proposal from the Anseong City Youth Policy Housing Subcommittee to support young people preparing for independence in settling into society and securing stable housing.

Under this agreement, young residents of Anseong aged 19 to 39 can receive a 20% discount on brokerage fees at real estate offices that agree to reduce fees when signing contracts under 200 million KRW for housing purposes.

The 'Youth-Friendly Real Estate' program is made possible through voluntary participation of licensed realtors as a form of professional (talent) donation. The association plans to recruit participants from local real estate offices. Participating offices can be verified through the 'Anseong City Youth Portal.'

Anseong City will provide a 'Youth-Friendly Real Estate' plaque to participating real estate offices. Starting from the 1st of next month, the city plans to implement the 'Anseong City Youth Real Estate Brokerage Fee and Moving Expense Support Project,' which reimburses young people up to 500,000 KRW for brokerage fees and moving expenses.

Kim Bora, Mayor of Anseong City, stated, "This project will serve as a good model of public-private cooperation to improve housing welfare for young people," adding, "We will continue to strive for a happy Anseong for youth through ongoing cooperation and mutual growth."
