Onbid Registration from May 30 to June 3
Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) will sell commercial spaces within the Godeok Gangil Public Housing District in Gangdong-gu and the Naegok Urban-Type Residential Complex (Seocho Senfore) in Seocho-gu starting from the 30th.
On the 20th, SH Corporation announced that it will sell 20 commercial spaces within the complexes, including 18 in the Godeok Gangil District and 2 in Seocho Senfore.
The Godeok Gangil District boasts excellent location conditions connected to the Gangil and Misa districts, with a large-scale demand base of over 6,000 households. The commercial spaces for sale in the Godeok Gangil District are located within Gangdong Riverst complexes 4, 6, and 7, and Gangdong Lien Park complexes 9, 11, 13, and 14, which were completed between February 2020 and April 2022.
The expected sale prices range from a minimum of 368.74 million KRW to a maximum of 846.66 million KRW. This is on average 13% cheaper than the expected prices at the time of supply in 2023.
The commercial spaces located on the first floor of Seocho Senfore in the Naegok District were completed in October 2015. Within a 2-minute walk, there is Cheonggyesan Entrance Station on the Shinbundang Line and a bus stop, providing excellent public transportation accessibility. It has a demand base of over 4,600 households in the Naegok District. The expected sale prices for Seocho Senfore commercial spaces are 867.36 million KRW for 54㎡ exclusive area and 1.13256 billion KRW for 72.6㎡.
Bidding will be conducted on the Onbid electronic asset disposal system from 10 a.m. on the 30th until 5 p.m. on June 3. Among bidders who offer prices above the expected price, the highest bidder will win the contract. The contract will be finalized after the bid opening on June 4.
