Improving Construction Quality, Fostering a Culture of Mutual Growth

"All construction projects must communicate with the field to ensure everything goes smoothly."

Busan Metropolitan Corporation (President Kim Yonghak) announced on the 20th that it recently held a meeting at the Busan Concert Hall site conference room, inviting representatives from the construction and service companies.

This 'Communication Meeting' was organized to listen to the difficulties and challenges faced at the construction site, reflect on-site opinions in policy, and create a collaborative organizational culture with construction companies. The event was attended by BMC's Nam Chasik, Director of Mechanical and Electrical Projects, relevant staff, and 17 site representatives.

A site representative stated, "We are doing our best to ensure the highest construction quality in line with the scheduled completion in August. We are also making every effort to prevent safety accidents through site organization and training," and added, "There is a need for regular public hearings among the corporation, construction company, and service company to facilitate smooth communication and prompt decision-making."

In response, BMC's Nam Chasik encouraged the site representatives who are committed to responsible construction under challenging conditions and promised comprehensive support to create a safe working environment by reflecting the suggestions made during the meeting.

Kim Yonghak, President of Busan Metropolitan Corporation, said, "This meeting was a meaningful opportunity to gather voices and various opinions from the field," and added, "We will do our utmost to create a safe construction site through thorough process management and to build structures that satisfy consumers."

BMC also plans to hold communication meetings for a total of five project districts, including Ecodelta City 18 and 19BL.
