Careing, a nursing service startup, announced on the 20th that it has signed a business agreement with Rosh Korea, which operates the senior lifestyle platform 'ONEW,' to develop specialized leisure content for linking senior housing communities.
The two companies plan to collaborate in various fields by combining Careing's senior care expertise based on nursing infrastructure with Rosh Korea's capabilities in operating senior hobby and leisure programs, including ▲development of senior-specialized leisure content ▲linkage with senior housing communities ▲provision of senior-friendly education.
Careing is a nursing company that provides care services such as family nursing, home nursing, and day care, and has recently emerged as a comprehensive senior lifestyle company by launching private brand (PB) products and participating in the development and operation of senior housing. Rosh Korea is a lifestyle platform company that provides participatory cultural content for seniors, operating the mobile app ‘ONEW’ and the complex cultural space ‘ONEWHouse’ located in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
Through this agreement, Careing plans to develop leisure content that considers the lifestyle of active seniors and strengthen its service capabilities in the premium senior housing sector. Careing is preparing to launch ‘Careing Village,’ which combines residential and medical infrastructure, and ‘Careing Stay,’ a well-aging concept pursuing a healthy aging life.
Kim Taesung, CEO of Careing, said, “With the entry into a super-aged society, we have expanded the scope of services from traditional rehabilitation, nursing, and medical support-centered care to active senior care for the 50s and 60s generation,” adding, “We will continue to develop our capabilities as a company that provides customized care services to various types of residents living in senior housing.”
