Icheon-si to Launch City Tour Package Linked to 'Rice Meal Day' on the 19th

Gyeonggi-do Icheon City is launching a one-day travel package that combines the 'City Tour Bus' with the local specialty 'rice.'

Icheon City will operate the 'Delicious Rice Travel' themed around Icheon rice on the 19th, designated as 'Rice Rice Day' by the city. This planned trip is composed of two courses themed on Rice Rice Day: ▲ Full-day Rice Course ▲ Half-and-More Rice Course.

The 'Full-day Rice Course' departs from Icheon Station and spends the whole day enjoying Rice Rice Day events such as cooking competitions and recreation at the Icheon Agricultural Theme Park. The trip concludes at Icheon Station via local food stops.

The 'Half-and-More Rice Course' finishes the Rice Rice Day events and meal at the Icheon Agricultural Theme Park, then visits the garden company Woori Seed, followed by stops at The Ban Organic Cafe and local food spots, ending at Icheon Station.

The Icheon City Tour can be joined by making a reservation in advance on the 'Icheon Nadri' website. On-site boarding is also possible if there are available seats.
