If You Take LG Uplus Training Courses... Exemption from Document and Coding Tests at Hiring

Active Developers Participate as Mentors
Applications Open on Website Until the 19th

LG Uplus has launched a free training program called 'URECA' as part of the K-Digital Training (KDT) project to nurture software talent.

If You Take LG Uplus Training Courses... Exemption from Document and Coding Tests at Hiring

K-Digital Training is a vocational training project led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea University of Technology and Education's Vocational Competency Assessment Institute. Trainees who have been issued the National Tomorrow Learning Card can participate in training courses in digital and new technology fields provided by private companies or universities acting as training institutions.

The newly launched URECA program is characterized by the participation of LG Uplus's active developers as mentors. Rather than simple technical education, the curriculum is designed based on real projects conducted in the field.

Applicants who complete the training course can be exempted from document screening and coding tests when applying for a job at LG Uplus.

All South Korean citizens who have not taken any K-Digital Training courses within the past five years are eligible to apply. Sixty candidates will be selected for each of the frontend and backend developer training curriculums. Applications can be submitted through the training program's website until midnight on the 19th.

The training is free of charge, and trainees can choose between offline education held at the training center in Seocho-gu, Seoul, in collaboration with the corporate education specialist 'Multicampus,' or online remote education. The training will be conducted for about seven months, from the 10th of next month until December 24.
