New Apartments in Daedeok-gu, Daejeon... 'Ssangyong The Platinum Nature' for Sale in June

New apartments are being supplied for the first time in a while in Daedeok-gu, Daejeon, which is home to the largest industrial complexes in the city.

On the 16th, Ssangyong Construction announced that it will sell 'Ssangyong The Platinum Nature' next month in the area of 51-18, Eupnae-dong, Daedeok-gu, Daejeon.


The complex consists of 11 buildings with a total of 745 households, ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors. Of these, 335 units will be sold to the general public, excluding 410 units reserved for local housing association members. By exclusive area, there are 47 units of 59㎡A, 222 units of 59㎡B, 12 units of 74㎡, and 54 units of 84㎡. In the past 10 years, fewer than 800 new apartments have been supplied in Daedeok-gu, giving this new apartment a rarity as a newly built residence.


Eupnae-dong, where the complex is located, is densely packed with Daejeon's largest industrial complexes, including Daejeon 1st and 2nd General Industrial Complexes, Pyeongchon Small and Medium Enterprise Complex, and Daejeon Venture Cooperative Complex. This means it meets the conditions for proximity between residence and workplace.


Additionally, residents can enjoy nearby Daejeon's famous mountains such as Gyejoksan, Hanbat Arboretum, and Songchon Sports Park. The complex is also connected to 11 bus routes, making it one of the best public transportation networks in Daejeon. Transportation conditions are expected to improve further. The Line 2 tram, which will connect the entire city of Daejeon, is scheduled to open in 2028, and a new station called 'Eupnae Station (tentative)' will be established in front of the complex.


Convenience facilities include E-Mart (Daejeon Terminal Branch), Hanaro Mart (Hoedeok Branch), Ojeong Agricultural and Marine Products Market, Daejeon Hospital, and government offices nearby. The Songchon-dong academy district can be reached within about 10 minutes by public transportation.


Near the project site, the Daedeok-gu Office relocation (scheduled for 2026) and the Yeonchuk District urban development project, which will include about 1,500 households, are underway. In addition, a residential environment improvement project for the Hyoja District, with about 1,600 households, is also planned.
