The Korea Automobile Racing Association announced on the 16th that it has signed a business agreement with Hyundai Motor Company, the organizer of the Hyundai N Festival automobile racing event.
The signing ceremony, held on the 10th, took place at Everland Speedway in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. Attendees included Im Eon-seok, Secretary General of the Automobile Racing Association, Choi Yong-seok, Secretary, and Jang Ji-ha, Head of Hyundai Motor's Driving Experience and Motorsports Team.

The two organizations agreed to cooperate to popularize the domestic motorsports industry and expand its scale. The Korea Automobile Racing Association will work to increase its membership and attract spectators from the metropolitan area and local regions to the Hyundai N Festival. They plan to promote the event and consistently provide motorsports information through newsletters and social networking services (SNS).
Hyundai Motor Company will also prepare various benefits for association members. They plan to offer various event programs such as N merchandise giveaways and safari experience tickets. They intend to collaborate on developing related events and content to broaden the base.
An association official stated, "Based on the capabilities and expertise of both parties, we will work closely together to enhance the scale and status of domestic motorsports." The Hyundai N Festival, the largest one-make race event in Korea that has continued for 20 years, features about 170 Hyundai high-performance N brand race cars, including the Ioniq 5 N and Avante N.
