Ulju-gun to Conduct Individual Housing Price Characteristics Survey

Korea Real Estate Board Verification and Others to Be Decided and Announced on September 26

Ulsan Ulju County announced on the 16th that it will conduct the "2024 Individual Housing Price Characteristics Survey as of June 1" until July 14.

The subjects of this survey are single-family houses for which reasons such as land division, merger, or new construction of buildings occurred between January 1 and May 31 of this year.

County office officials will form a survey team to investigate housing characteristics such as building use, structure, and land shape. The collected data on individual housing characteristics will be compared with the characteristics and ratios of standard houses to determine the price.

The determined prices will be disclosed for public viewing, opinion submission, and verification by the Korea Real Estate Board. After review by the Ulju County Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, the final prices will be decided and announced on September 26, and will be used as the basis for local and national tax assessments.
