Dongmyung University Wins Silver Medals in Men's and Women's Events at the 22nd Chief of Naval Operations National Yacht Competition

3rd Place in Women's University Team Event at the 15th Sangji University President's National Taekwondo Championship

Dongmyung University (President Jeon Ho-hwan) won silver medals in the men's and women's university/general divisions of the Formula Kite at the 22nd Chief of Naval Operations National Yachting Competition, with Lim Sungjun and Kim Minseul each taking home a silver medal.

Dongmyung University won silver medals in the Formula Kite event, with male and female participants each earning one in the university general division.

The 22nd Chief of Naval Operations National Yachting Competition was held over five days from June 9 to 13 at Myeongdong Marina Port and Jinhae Marine Park in Jinhae-gu, Changwon.

This year's Chief of Naval Operations National Yachting Competition also served as the 2024 national team selection event, with more than 300 athletes from elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as university and general divisions from across the country participating.

Dongmyung University also participated in the 15th Sangji University President's Cup National Taekwondo Competition (May 4-12, Hongcheon Sports Complex), where first-year students from the Department of Taekwondo (Cha Yujin, Kim Hyewon, Kim Gawon) secured third place in the women's university team poomsae event.
