489 Units Scheduled for General Sale out of 903 Units
Lotte Construction will launch sales this month for 'Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel,' a redevelopment project of Busan Yangjeong 3 District.
Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel will be built on 64-3 Yangjeong-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan, consisting of 10 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with a total of 903 households sized between 39 and 110㎡. The general sale units amount to 489 households sized between 59 and 110㎡.
Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel is located at the center of the new residential town Yeonyang (Yeonsan-Yangjeong) line, enjoying the living infrastructure of both Yeonsan-dong and Yangjeong-dong. It is densely populated with many brand apartments, including Yeonsan Lotte Castle Gold Fore, which was occupied in 2020, and with the addition of Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel, it will become a brand town of 10,000 households.
Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel is the last large-scale new apartment complex to be introduced on the Yeonyang line. It is built on a rare flatland location in Busan and boasts advantages such as being ultra-close to the station and proximity to the administrative town for easy commuting.
Located in the ultra-station area of Yangjeong Station on Busan Subway Line 1, it offers easy transfers to Lines 2, 3, and 4 as well as the Donghae Line. Future transportation conditions are expected to improve further with the full opening of KTX-Eum (planned) from Busan Bujeon Station to Seoul Cheongnyangni Station by the end of this year, BuTX (Busan-type express railway) (planned), and Hwangnyeong 3 Tunnel (planned).
It is close to Yangjeong Elementary School and Yangdong Elementary School, Dongui Middle School, Yangdong Girls' Middle School, Sejeong High School, Yangjeong High School, Busanjin Girls' High School, and Seongmo Girls' High School, all within walking distance for commuting to school. Nearby are the Yangjeong-dong academy district, the Miracle Library (planned), and Busan Global Village.
Nearby convenience facilities include Lotte Department Store, E-Mart, and Dongui Hospital, as well as Song Sang-hyun Square, Busan Citizens Park, Hwaji Park, Busan City Hall Citizen Square, and hiking trails on Hwangnyeongsan Mountain. The Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel model house is scheduled to open later this month.
