Connectwave, an e-commerce specialist company, announced on the 14th that its integrated shopping mall management solution 'PlayAuto' has launched an integration service for global open market AliExpress sellers.
AliExpress is Alibaba Group's global shopping platform. It has recently gained high popularity among domestic and international consumers, and its commission-free policy for sellers has actively attracted many sellers to join.
The AliExpress integration service, officially launched after the beta service started on the 29th of last month, has gained high popularity, with about 400 accounts (shopping malls) integrated within 10 days of opening.
Through this integration service, available to all PlayAuto members, sellers can manage the entire process of product management and order processing on AliExpress with a single admin account.
Additionally, the integration service resolves difficulties in order, inventory, and shipping management, which were previously challenging due to unfamiliar programs and language barriers, enabling efficient shopping mall operations.
For example, sellers preparing to enter AliExpress can automatically link products they are selling on their own malls (D2C), Smart Store, and other shopping malls without having to register each product individually. Product modifications, inventory checks, and cancellation/return confirmations can also be handled with a single admin account without visiting each site separately.
In particular, the integration service allows sellers who have been hesitant to expand their platforms due to the lack of professional personnel and the burden of costs and time to easily expand their sales channels, thereby further strengthening their sales competitiveness.

With a single admin account, it can manage about 300 shopping malls domestically and internationally, including 11st, Coupang, Gmarket, eBay, and Shopee, providing all services necessary for online sales such as product registration, order, and shipping management.
