As part of this agreement, a recruitment briefing session for middle-aged and older adults will be held on the 11th of next month at the Samsung 1-dong Complex Cultural Center. The briefing session plans to hire Baemin B Mart crew members who will work at 19 branches in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Applicants participating in the recruitment briefing session can get an on-site interview opportunity for Baemin B Mart without a document screening process. Successful candidates can join as Baemin B Mart crew members after participating in a one-day on-site experience and orientation. For middle-aged and older adults who have difficulties with resume writing or interviews, the Seoul Metropolitan Government 50 Plus Foundation will provide free employment consulting. Those hired as crew members through the recruitment briefing will be responsible for tasks such as packing products, packaging, stocking and product management, and organizing Baemin B Mart.

Ryu Hee-jin, Head of B Mart Operations at Woowa Brothers, said, “We hope that this agreement with the Seoul Metropolitan Government 50 Plus Foundation will provide vivid logistics field experience to middle-aged and older adults and help job seekers in the logistics sector who wish to find employment.” He added, “Woowa Brothers will do its best to offer various support and provide stable jobs for middle-aged and older adults preparing for a new leap.”
