CUBox, an AI video recognition specialist company, announced on the 14th that it signed an AI solution supply contract with Indochina Bank on the 13th of this month. The solution contracted this time is SEEU ID. CUBox's AI video recognition will be used for non-face-to-face customer identity verification (eKYC) in financial institutions.
Indochina Bank plans to officially introduce AI video recognition-based eKYC services into its internet banking application through this project. A CUBox representative stated that with the introduction of SEEU ID, areas that previously required face-to-face services can be replaced. The usage of customers' mobile applications is expected to increase significantly.
SEEU ID consists of top-level AI-based facial recognition technology and anti-spoofing technology, and has been supplied to major domestic financial companies since 2022. A CUBox representative said that based on years of advanced technology and diverse business experience, the solution has been improved to provide more stable services to Indochina Bank.
Meanwhile, CUBox signed the contract with Indochina Bank in the form of SaaS (Software as a Service), enabling continuous revenue based on the number of customer identity verifications. A CUBox representative said, "We are targeting overseas markets based on our experience in building and supplying various domestic financial solutions," adding, "We will continuously expand overseas markets, focusing on the Southeast Asian market."
