Seoul 'Raemian One Bailey' Residents' Gathering Sparks Interest
'Natural Meetings for Unmarried Children' Membership Fee 300,000 Won

Residents of the ultra-luxury apartment complex 'Raemian One Bailey' in Seocho-gu, Seoul, are attracting attention for operating a small group that arranges meetings between unmarried men and women within the complex. According to the residents' cafe of the apartment on the 14th, some residents formed the so-called 'One Bailey Marriage Information Club' last month. It is a group for parents with unmarried children living in One Bailey and eligible bachelors and bachelorettes who have difficulties finding opportunities to meet.
Family members such as the residents themselves or their children can participate in this group. By paying a membership fee of 100,000 KRW, one can become an associate member, and by paying an annual fee of 300,000 KRW, one can obtain full membership. The matching methods include ▲matching through information exchange during meetings among members ▲the group leader arranging matches based on profiles submitted in membership applications to explore mutual possibilities ▲holding meetings for marriageable children and applicants to allow direct matching through dating.
A resident who organized the group stated, "We hope to facilitate meetings with good partners within this year and provide opportunities for communication through the One Bailey residents' network. We pursue broad and natural encounters through various events such as the regular meeting in April and a meeting for unmarried children in May."
In fact, they plan to hold their first official event on the 18th. A meeting place for unmarried children of residents will be set up at Sebitseom Floating Island near the apartment complex. Participants are said to enjoy a premium course meal followed by activities such as one-minute speeches to find their matches.
This apartment complex has previously attracted attention with the launch of a residents-only credit card and a beer named after the apartment. Earlier this year, the construction company Samsung C&T released the 'One Bailey Homnik Samsung Card,' which can only be issued upon verification of residency in the apartment. Additionally, a liquor specialty store located in the apartment's commercial area collaborated with a craft beer company to sell 'One Bailey Beer.' This beer, sold at 4,500 KRW per bottle, became scarce among residents due to high demand.
Raemian One Bailey, which began occupancy in August last year, consists of 23 buildings with 2,990 households, ranging from 46 to 234 square meters in exclusive area, with four basement floors and up to 35 floors above ground. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction price disclosure system, the 84㎡ units in this apartment were traded at 4 billion KRW in February, 4.04 billion KRW in March, and 4.25 billion KRW last month, making it one of the most expensive apartments in Banpo, with a price per pyeong exceeding 100 million KRW.
