Hyundai Steel announced on the 13th that it will launch a new in-house knowledge information platform called 'HIP (Hyundai-steel Intelligence Platform)' to improve the work efficiency of its employees.

HIP is a platform equipped with generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology, offering two types of services: 'In-house Document Search' and 'Management Support Chatbot.'

Any Hyundai Steel employee can use this platform, enabling them to easily and quickly find the desired internal information without unnecessary steps such as searching for work information individually or confirming the person in charge.

Hyundai Steel plans to continuously enhance the platform by strengthening information search performance and expanding the knowledge information domain based on feedback from HIP operations, developing it into an in-house information platform suitable for the digital transformation era.

A Hyundai Steel official stated, "We expect employees to actively utilize the accumulated knowledge information within the company through the new knowledge information platform HIP and handle their work efficiently."
