Yeongcheon City Appoints Actor Jeong Hobin as Public Relations Ambassador... "I Will Promote the Charm of the City of Stars"

Yeongcheon City in Gyeongbuk appointed actor Jung Ho-bin as its promotional ambassador.

Jung Ho-bin, who formed a connection with Yeongcheon in 2021 through an acquaintance running an agricultural company there, debuted in 2001 with the film 'Friend' and has built his career by appearing in various works such as 'Jumong', 'Queen Seondeok', 'Friend 2', and 'Elegant Family'.

Especially in the recently concluded KBS historical drama 'Goryeo-Khitan War', he won viewers' favor with his unique charismatic acting.

Appointed as Yeongcheon City's promotional ambassador, Jung Ho-bin will participate in promotional activities for two years until May 2026, promoting the city's culture, tourism, agricultural and specialty products, and overall administration both domestically and internationally.

Mayor Choi Ki-moon said, "I am pleased to appoint actor Jung Ho-bin, who adds perfection to his works, as our promotional ambassador," and added, "I hope he will play a significant role in promoting Yeongcheon City."

Actor Jung Ho-bin expressed, "I am honored to serve as Yeongcheon City's promotional ambassador," and said, "I will do my best to widely promote the hidden charms of Yeongcheon City, famous for its clean and beautiful natural environment, befitting its nickname as the City of Stars."
