Gyeongnam National University to Hold 78th Anniversary Hanmadaedong Festival on the 20th

Chungha, Roy Kim, Kyungseo Yeji and Others Invited to Perform
Youth Festival with Gyeongnam Operation

Gyeongnam National University will hold the "78th Anniversary Hanma Daedongje Festival" over two days from the 20th to the 21st.

This Hanma Daedongje Festival will be held under the theme of "A Glocal Festival for Regional Cooperation," offering AI and 4th Industrial Revolution-related experience events, food booths, and event booths through the Glocal Festival booths. About 60 organizations, including academic departments, administrative offices, and external institutions, will also participate in the "Festa Week."

At the central stage of the main stadium festival, there will be an e-sports competition commemorating the hosting of the Gyeongnam Global Game Center, performances by campus clubs, and celebrity congratulatory performances.

On the first day, the 20th, the eve festival will begin with performances by central clubs, followed by congratulatory speeches from Gyeongnam National University President Park Jae-gyu and opening remarks by Student Council President Park Kang-joo. The festival proclamation ceremony will be held along with a fireworks display lighting up the night sky. From 9 PM, singer Chungha's congratulatory performance will further heat up the festival.

On the closing day, the 21st, the "Gyeongdae Song Festival," showcasing the outstanding vocal talents of Gyeongnam National University students, and the finals of the e-sports competition will take place. From 9 PM, the festival will conclude with performances by singers Roy Kim and Kyungseo Yeji.

Additionally, on the 21st at 2:30 PM, a talk concert titled "Achieving Youth Dreams with Governor Park Wan-su of Gyeongnam Province" will be held at the Peace Hall in the Changjo Building.
