HowBuild Signs Business Agreement with Tax Accounting Consulting Gonggam, Specializing in Inheritance and Gift Tax

Howbuild, an architectural IT platform and construction management (CM) company led by CEO Seunggi Lee, announced on the 13th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Tax Accounting Consulting Gonggam, headed by tax accountant Youngrim Kim, at Howbuild's headquarters located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the 8th.

Through this business agreement, both companies plan to provide more competitive services to customers visiting either firm. The partnership focuses on offering professional consulting for complex tax issues and strengthening customized architectural tax services. They will provide asset succession and construction-related tax consultations not only to clients preparing for new building construction but also to those nearing project completion, while collaborating across various tax and accounting fields.

Founded in 2003, Howbuild has been continuing its legacy by offering diverse services to building owners wishing to build new structures or remodel. Key services include "Open Competitive Bidding," which allows clients to receive construction estimates from over 3,000 construction companies; "Construction Management," enabling easy online site management; and "One-Stop Architecture," where Howbuild CM takes full responsibility from architectural planning to project completion.

Meanwhile, Tax Accounting Consulting Gonggam provides specialized consulting primarily to corporate clients with sales exceeding 10 billion KRW and medical institutions such as hospitals and clinics. Additionally, within Hana Bank's PB Business Division's Inheritance and Gift Center, they offer legal and effective tax-saving consulting on transfers, gifts, inheritance, and business succession for high-net-worth clients, thereby creating customer value.
