Plans for Business Expansion After Turning a Profit Last Year
Half of Recruitment Positions Open for Developers
The beauty medical information platform 'Gangnam Unni' is recruiting more than 60 talents for aggressive business expansion.
Healing Paper, the operator of Gangnam Unni, announced on the 13th that it plans to hire more than 60 people in nine job categories including development, design, and marketing by March 2025. This recruitment drive is being conducted to expand the business through Korean and global Gangnam Unni services and new business ventures.
Last year, Healing Paper achieved a 12-fold increase compared to the previous year in attracting Japanese patients visiting Korean dermatology and plastic surgery clinics, turning profitable. Currently, Healing Paper has 190 employees, including 18 Japanese staff members at its Japanese subsidiary.
More than half of the recruitment positions are open for developers. Healing Paper plans to hire over 35 developers in server, web, iOS, Android, machine learning, data, and platform fields. For roles such as product design, data science, and content marketing, senior-level leads will be recruited to ensure stable organizational management.
Healing Paper announced that it will implement an external referral reward system with a prize of 2 million KRW to attract talent. Anyone outside the company can recommend candidates, and if the recommended candidate completes the onboarding process within three months after joining, the referrer will receive a reward of 2 million KRW. Additionally, a systematic interview process for potential candidates will be conducted through document screening and three rounds of interviews.
