There will be rain until morning in the southern coast of Jeollanam-do and the Gyeongsang area, and until the morning in Jeju Island. Expected precipitation amounts are around 5mm for the southern coast of Jeollanam-do, Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam (excluding the western inland), Daegu, Gyeongbuk (excluding the western inland), Ulleungdo, Dokdo, and Jeju Island.


Fine dust concentration is expected to be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon region, Chungcheong region, Honam region, and Jeju region due to the influx of yellow dust, while other regions will see 'moderate' levels. The Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon region, and Chungcheong region are expected to be temporarily 'very bad' in the morning, and the Honam and Jeju regions will be at 'bad' levels. Air quality is forecasted to gradually recover to 'moderate' levels from night.


The daytime high temperature is forecasted to be between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. As of 5 a.m. that day, temperatures were Seoul 12.3°C, Incheon 11.3°C, Suwon 11.0°C, Chuncheon 9.2°C, Gangneung 15.8°C, Cheongju 12.8°C, Daejeon 11.5°C, Jeonju 14.6°C, Gwangju 13.6°C, Jeju 16.8°C, Daegu 17.1°C, Busan 17.7°C, Ulsan 17.2°C, Changwon 17.1°C, etc.


Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters. Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea.
