Rain will stop in the central region and Jeolla area by dawn, but rain will continue until morning in the southern coast of Jeonnam and the Gyeongsang region, and until the morning in Jeju Island.


Expected rainfall on the 11th and 12th is 20-60mm (with some areas exceeding 80mm, and over 120mm in the mountainous areas of Jeju) in the southern coast of Jeonnam, near Jirisan, Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island; 5-30mm in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi (except southeastern Gyeonggi on the 11th), inland and mountainous Gangwon, and Chungbuk; 10-50mm in Jeonbuk; 10-40mm in Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Gwangju, Jeonnam (except coastal and Jirisan areas), Daegu, Gyeongbuk, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo; and around 5mm on the eastern coast of Gangwon.


The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 9 and 18 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius.


Fine dust levels will be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon, Chungcheong, Honam, and Jeju regions, while other areas will see 'moderate' levels.


The Seoul metropolitan area, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, and Chungcheong region will temporarily experience 'very bad' air quality in the morning, and the Yeongnam region is expected to have 'bad' levels.


In the mountainous and mid-mountainous areas of Jeju Island, winds will be very strong until the morning, with gusts exceeding 70 km/h (over 90 km/h in the mountainous areas).


Fog will occur in parts of the West Sea, South Sea, and Jeju coastal waters. Additionally, there will be gusts accompanied by thunder and lightning mainly in the South Sea and Jeju coastal waters.


Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea nearshore waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore waters. In the outer offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea.
