In the central region and Jeonbuk, rain of around 10 mm per hour is expected from evening to early morning on the 12th, while in the southern regions excluding Jeonbuk and Jeju Island, heavy rain of 10 to 20 mm per hour may occur from late night to morning on the 12th. Gusty winds will blow along the southern coast, near Jirisan, and Jeju Island, with sporadic thunder and lightning accompanying heavy rain in some areas.

Strong winds with instantaneous speeds of around 55 km/h are expected in most parts of the country, with coastal areas, mountainous regions of Gangwon, northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, and Jeju Island experiencing gusts up to 70 km/h, and especially mountainous areas seeing very strong winds exceeding 90 km/h.

Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 8 and 18 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 21 and 27 degrees Celsius.

Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion and the influence of precipitation. However, some inland areas may experience fog with visibility less than 1 km from early morning to morning, so caution is advised for traffic safety.

At sea, from the night of the 10th, very strong winds of 35 to 60 km/h and high waves are expected in the central outer waters of the West Sea and the northern outer waters of the southern sea. From the 11th, similar conditions will occur in the central outer waters of the East Sea, northern outer waters of the southern East Sea, inner northern outer waters of the southern West Sea, and southern outer waters of Jeju Island. Fog may form in the West Sea, South Sea, and Jeju waters, with gusts and thunder and lightning in the South Sea and Jeju waters.

Wave heights will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the nearshore East and South Seas, and 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the nearshore West Sea. In the inner outer waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
