Chung-Ang University Law School Ranks 4th in Bar Exam Pass Rate for 2 Consecutive Years

4th Place Following Seoul National University, Korea University, and Yonsei University

Chung-Ang University Law School announced on the 11th that it ranked 4th in the bar exam pass rate for two consecutive years, including last year and this year.

According to the '2024 13th Bar Exam Passers Statistics' recently released by the Ministry of Justice, Chung-Ang University Law School had 43 passers out of 62 examinees, recording a pass rate of 69.4%.

This is the fourth highest rate among 25 law schools nationwide. The law schools with higher pass rates than Chung-Ang University are Seoul National University (86.6%), Korea University (77.1%), and Yonsei University (74.2%). Chung-Ang University also ranked 4th nationwide with a 72.6% pass rate in the 12th bar exam held last year.

Lee Jeong-hoon, Dean of Chung-Ang University Law School, said, "We do not operate a separate curriculum specifically for the bar exam. Through the career preparation group system, we provide psychological motivation and opportunities to enhance students' academic achievement." He added, "Going forward, Chung-Ang University Law School will continue to provide a stable learning environment for students and do its best to cultivate legal professionals with expertise."
