POSCO E&C's 'Eco City The Sharp Phase 4,' scheduled for sale in Jeonju Eco City in May, is attracting public attention as it will open as a cyber model house instead of constructing a physical model house.
Prospective buyers who find it difficult to visit a model house or wait in long lines outside the physical model house can easily access information anytime and anywhere, receiving positive responses from potential applicants.
With advancements in video technology, the VR (virtual reality) videos posted within the cyber model house are expected to provide information comparable to that of an actual model house. Additionally, there is the advantage of being able to compare option types and basic types by unit.

Recent sales results of apartments supplied through cyber model houses have also been favorable. For example, 'Bundang Kumho Eoullim Green Park,' which opened its cyber model house in February this year, received 3,385 applications for 74 units (excluding special supply), resulting in a successful subscription competition rate of 45.74 to 1.

It is also the last complex in Eco City subject to the pre-sale price ceiling system, so a reasonable sale price compared to surrounding market prices is expected to be set.
