Kim Bo-hyeop, spokesperson for the Party for National Innovation, said, "He still said, 'The direction of state affairs is correct, but the problem is that the people do not feel it,' and has not moved a step forward from the perception during the Cabinet meeting right after the general election," adding, "There was not a single answer that resonated with the hearts of the people."

He continued, "Although expressions such as 'insufficient,' 'inadequate,' 'regret,' and 'apology' were used, there will be no citizens who have gained confidence that President Yoon has reflected on his governance over the past two years and will do better in the future," and said, "The people entrusted the president with authority by electing him, but President Yoon has become the 'naked king' himself."

Regarding President Yoon's establishment of the 'Low Birthrate Response Planning Department,' Spokesperson Kim pointed out, "Creating a new ministry and elevating it to the level of a 'Deputy Prime Minister for Social Affairs' will not solve the problem," and criticized, "We need to create a gender-equal society where the younger generation can love and work freely without worries about the future, but aren't you obsessed with not abolishing the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family?"

On the proposal to enact the Special Prosecutor Act by investigating the police and prosecution and then the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO), and if the results are unsatisfactory, to proceed further, he said, "If they want to exercise the veto, let them try," and added, "If the 21st National Assembly fails to reapprove it, we will thoroughly investigate and find the main culprit of external pressure even in the 22nd National Assembly."

Regarding allegations related to First Lady Kim Geon-hee, he said that although she apologized for the suspicion of receiving luxury bags, she denied the stock manipulation allegations involving Deutsch Motors as political attacks, stating, "All accomplices except Mrs. Kim and her mother-in-law Choi Eun-soon have been punished," and added, "The expression that the profit gained from stock manipulation by the two is 2.3 billion won is specified in the 'Prosecutor's Opinion' that President Yoon was involved in, so I hope you get a copy and read it."

Spokesperson Kim said, "There is nothing to be disappointed about because we did not expect anything from today's press conference," and added, "I only worry about the harsh lives of the people who have to endure three years under the 'naked king'." He continued, "I will respond to the public sentiment that 'three years is too long,'" and said, "We will find a way to bring an early end to the Yoon Seok-yeol prosecution dictatorship regime that cannot control inflation and has no measures to restore people's livelihoods."
