The term 'Wonyoung-jeok Sago' named after Jang Wonyoung, a member of the girl group IVE, is causing a sensation on social networking services (SNS). Following mentions in major corporate seminars and by Jung Won-oh, the mayor of Seongdong-gu, the 'Wonyoung-jeok Sago ChatGPT' has now appeared.
From the 7th, ChatGPT officially started offering the 'Wonyoung-jeok Sago' feature. A personal account, presumed to be a fan of Jang Wonyoung, trained GPT with her speech style and way of thinking, and the description reads, "I will transform any situation with Wonyoung-jeok Sago. Lucky Biki."
When asked to the Wonyoung-jeok Sago ChatGPT, "I fought with my boyfriend today," it responded with an ultra-positive answer: "If you fight and make up with your boyfriend, your relationship becomes stronger, so it's Lucky Biki." When asked, "I want to go home, but I'm a homeless person with no home," it replied, "If you had a home, you'd probably be stressed about rent by now. Being free without such worries is totally Lucky Biki!" which brought laughter. Here, 'Biki' is Jang Wonyoung's English name.
Previously, the ultra-positive 'Wonyoung-jeok Sago' went beyond positivity and became a kind of meme among fans, inspired by the positive mindset Jang Wonyoung showed in a vlog she personally filmed. Visiting a bakery in Spain, she had to wait a bit because the person ahead bought all the bread she wanted. However, Jang Wonyoung said, "The person ahead bought all the bread I was going to buy, so luckily I got freshly baked bread. As expected, the goddess of luck is on my side," showing a positive mindset.
This positive mindset of Jang Wonyoung was parodied by a fan and started trending on SNS, especially among the MZ generation. Fan A said, "You have to use Wonyoung-jeok Sago when the water is only half full," adding, "It's too much to drink all at once and too little to drink less. So I thought it would be perfect if it was just half, and that's totally Lucky Biki." As of the 8th, the post had over 4.8 million views and more than 18,000 shares, becoming a huge topic.
As 'Wonyoung-jeok Sago' became a hot topic, examples of its citation increased in companies and politics. At Amorepacific's brand 'Ayunchae' rebranding special seminar held on April 22, a guest speaker mentioned 'Wonyoung-jeok Sago' during the training. The YouTube channel 'LCK' posted highlights of the match between T1 and EST on the 1st, drawing attention by naming the video thumbnail 'T1-jeok Sago.'

Writer and broadcaster Yoo Byung-jae also used the meme on his SNS on the 3rd, saying, "I thought it would be nice to have a point of interest since I dressed too plainly today, and I ended up with two pimples on my nose tip and under my mouth! Totally Lucky Biki." Jung Won-oh, mayor of Seongdong-gu, also joined the 'Wonyoung-jeok Sago' trend. Referring to the recent popularity of the 'Pet Dog Patrol,' Mayor Jung said, "Having Hodu's blessing is really Lucky Biki," meaning it was lucky to promote his broadcast due to the topic.
Meanwhile, the girl group IVE, which includes Jang Wonyoung, once again demonstrated their dominance in music charts by releasing 'IVE SWITCH' on the 29th of last month. The album includes a total of six songs, including the double title tracks 'Ya Ha' and 'Ascendio.' The music video for 'Ya Ha' has surpassed 26.47 million views as of May 8, continuing to set records.
