On the 7th, a post titled "Does this look like a 69,000 won bouquet to you?" was uploaded on an online community. As of 8 a.m. on the 8th, the post had garnered 69,800 views and 190 recommendations, becoming a hot topic. The author, Mr. A, said, "I didn't expect it to come exactly like the photo image. I naturally thought that should be taken into consideration," but added, "However, this is very different from the photo," and shared a photo of the bouquet he received.
Looking at the bouquet image advertised by the company, white, pink, and red carnations are seen abundantly arranged in a basket. It is also confirmed that a large red ribbon is attached. However, the bouquet Mr. A received consisted only of pink and red carnations, about 15 stems, and some flowers were still in bud form.
Mr. A sent a photo of the bouquet to the company and protested, asking, "Is 69,000 won the right price for this?" The company responded, "The image (posted on the sales site) reflects the standard with premium additions, so the price is correct." Mr. A said, "The company said the 69,000 won bouquet includes premium additions, which is confusing," and added, "From a customer's perspective, it's upsetting because they naturally purchase based on the photo posted on the sales site."
However, the company stated in the 'Important Notice Before Purchase' that the product images are photos to help customer understanding, and actual delivered products may vary slightly depending on the local production company, but they will strive to deliver products of the same quality as the images.
Netizens who saw the story reacted with comments such as, "Even including the basket, it looks worth at most 25,000 won," "This is a scam," "What does it mean to add premium?" "The image is the representative photo, so saying it includes premium additions doesn't make sense," "Is the basket worth 50,000 won?" and "The sample is different, this is a scam."
