On the 7th, RSquare announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Conet Express to advance logistics and related real estate services. The signing ceremony held at Conet Express's office in Hanoi, Vietnam, was attended by Yoon Su-yeon, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of RSquare, Shin Ji-min, Head of RSquare Vietnam, Cho Seung-hwan, CEO of Conet Express, and Cho Seung-hoon, Executive Director of Conet Express.
Conet Express is an international logistics agency specializing in export-import sea and air transportation, export-import customs clearance agency services, and overseas relocation cargo transportation services. It handles cross-border logistics procedures such as packaging, shipping, security, customs clearance, and inland transportation of large equipment for manufacturers.
Both companies will cooperate for mutual development in domestic and international relocation cargo transportation, equipment and export-import customs clearance agency services in Vietnam, real estate consulting, and information provision. Through this agreement, RSquare expects to enhance its logistics center and corporate relocation services for its clients. Companies entering Vietnam can use RSquare to select factory sites, relocate equipment, and find housing for expatriates.
An RSquare official stated, "Equipment relocation is a major concern for manufacturing companies considering entry into Vietnam, and this business partnership will greatly improve customer convenience."
Meanwhile, RSquare is conducting business by directly collecting information on 50,000 office and commercial buildings in Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. In February, it partnered with Chinese law firm Hangxin to strengthen services for Chinese companies relocating to Vietnam. It also provides integrated overseas business services in collaboration with Shinhan Vietnam Bank and KNL.
