On the 3rd, Jo appeared on the YouTube channel 'Kim Eo-jun's Das Bweida' and responded "Thank you" to the host's question, "Many People Power Party supporters want Han Dong-hoon as their leader. Do you want that too?"

He said, "Han, the former chairman, has never met me once, citing local schedules, but if he becomes the party leader, we cannot avoid meeting," adding, "We will definitely meet on official commemorative days such as August 15, April 19, and Memorial Day."

Jo said, "There is a national protocol order, and seating is arranged according to the number of seats. When the 22nd National Assembly opens, I, as the leader of the third-largest party in the National Assembly with 12 seats, will sit right next to the People Power Party leader."

He continued, "If Han is elected as party leader, he will sit next to me at official events, and I plan to speak up each time. Sitting side by side, I intend to ask questions and examine various matters."

Jo added, "Since it will be a live broadcast with cameras, they can't just 'shut my mouth,' right? I am waiting for Han to become the party leader."

Regarding whether he hopes Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, will be re-elected, Jo said, "I don't think I should answer."

However, he added, "It is entirely up to Lee Jae-myung to decide. I believe he can choose any option, whether re-election or another choice."

Jo described Lee as "cautious," saying, "The Lee I know is the type who thinks through various strategies before making a final decision rather than speaking first." He further expressed, "If I am the icebreaker who speaks first, then the main base, the aircraft carrier, comes out slowly from behind, doesn't it?"

He also claimed a close relationship with Lee.

Jo said, "Before the general election, we were already exchanging comfort and support. Now, we share common political goals based on personal trust."

He continued, "There are forces trying to divide and sow discord between me and Lee," adding, "I think it's because if the Jo Guk Innovation Party and the Democratic Party of Korea unite, they cannot lose."
